These terms cover the public website at hyracbox.com. They are not the terms for using HyracHub, Studio or an Edge deployment — those are set out in the agreements you accept when you create an account or enter into an engagement with us.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using hyracbox.com ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern the informational website only. Access to and use of our products and services is governed by separate terms:
- HyracHub & Studio — the terms and any subscription or purchase terms presented at sign-up and checkout.
- Edge deployments and consulting — the specific agreement entered into for that engagement.
If there's any conflict, the product or engagement terms govern your use of that product or engagement.
3. Acceptable use
When using the site, you agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems;
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site, or breach its security or authentication measures, without our written permission;
- introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the site (for example through excessive automated requests);
- scrape or harvest content or data except as permitted by our robots.txt and applicable law;
- misuse the contact form (spam, impersonation, or submitting others' personal data without a basis to do so).
4. Intellectual property
The site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, the "Hyracbox" and "HyracHub" names and marks, and the underlying code — are owned by Hyrac Tech or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the site, and quote short extracts with attribution, for personal or internal informational use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or exploit the site or its branding without our prior written permission.
5. Your submissions
If you send us information through the contact form or by email — for example a description of your programme — you confirm it's accurate and that you're entitled to share it. You grant us permission to use that information to respond to and act on your enquiry. We handle personal data in it per our Privacy Notice. Please don't send confidential information you don't want us to hold, or others' personal data without a lawful basis.
6. Our products, third-party links & claims
The site describes our products and may link to third-party sites we don't control; we're not responsible for their content or practices. Product descriptions, roadmaps and any figures are provided for general information and may change; unverified metrics are marked as such. Nothing on the site is a binding offer, warranty, or professional advice, and it doesn't form a contract on its own.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't lawfully be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hyrac Tech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, or any liability that can't be limited by law.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice, which explain what we collect and why.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the site are governed by the laws applicable to Hyrac Tech's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.
