If anything on this site is hard to use with your assistive technology, please tell us at info@hyractech.com — we treat access barriers as bugs and will help you get what you need in the meantime.

1. Our commitment

Hyracbox is built for learners in every kind of setting, including people who use assistive technologies. We're committed to making hyracbox.com perceivable, operable, understandable and robust, using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA as our standard — the benchmark referenced by the European Accessibility Act and widely used for ADA compliance.

2. What we do

Accessibility is built into our design system, so these apply across the site:

  • Semantic, structured HTML — real headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate.
  • Keyboard operable — you can reach and use interactive elements with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator, plus a "skip to content" link.
  • Readable contrast — text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast on our warm palette.
  • Labelled forms — every form control has an associated label, and the contact form confirms success in text.
  • Respects motion preferences — if your device asks for reduced motion, we turn off entrance animations.
  • Responsive & zoomable — layouts reflow on small screens and when text is enlarged.
  • Descriptive text — meaningful images carry alternative text and links are written to make sense out of context.

3. Conformance status

We consider hyracbox.com to be largely conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: the site meets the standard in most respects, with some known exceptions noted below that we're actively addressing. We assess accessibility through a mix of automated checks and manual keyboard and screen-reader testing, and we review new pages before they ship.

4. Known limitations

We're honest about where we're not there yet, and we're working on these:

  • Skip-navigation rollout — the "skip to content" link is on our policy pages and is being added consistently across all pages.
  • Imagery — a few decorative and product images are having their alternative text reviewed for clarity.
  • Placeholder content — some figures are shown as marked placeholders until verified; these are labelled and not read as final data.

If you hit a barrier that isn't listed, please let us know — it helps us prioritise.

5. Our products

This statement covers the marketing website. Our products — HyracHub, Studio and the learning experience on an Edge device — are designed to the same WCAG 2.1 AA standard and honour reduced-motion preferences; each surface carries its own accessibility information where relevant.

6. Give us feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of hyracbox.com. Please tell us:

  • the page (its web address), and what you were trying to do;
  • the barrier you hit;
  • the browser and any assistive technology you were using.

We aim to respond within five working days.

7. Contact

Accessibility feedback and requests: info@hyractech.com, or via our contact page. For privacy matters, see the Privacy Notice.
